    Problem

Initially starting as a Design Hack, I collaborated with a Product Designer, that I met at the event, to design a social media campaign focused on behavioural change over the course of two months.

Contributing with FoodWave, an environmental campaign in London, we were challenged to create awareness towards the direct link between throwing food away and the effects that it causes on climate change.

    Solution & Design

The social media campaign we developed focused on creating an opportunity for open discussion towards climate change, food production and its life cycle. By visually showing the value of a vegetable or a fruit, while inspired by Pop-Art, from seed plantation until unnecessary disposal, we would guilt-trip and evoke emotion from the user while giving them the awareness of all the effort, time and energy spent on each product.

We later presented it to Brand Ethos, ReLondon and the other participants.

Every week on the project, we would meet the deadlines and presentations while working with Brand Ethos' Creative Director and Brand Strategist. The campaign was also later translated into Spanish.
